There's an increased security presence in Manhattan as the trial involving former President Donald Trump and alleged hush money payments gets underway today. It's the first time in the nation's history that an ex-president has been ordered to stand trial on criminal charges. Trump has said he plans to testify.        Witnesses in Donald Trump's criminal trial will likely include former members of his inner circle. Prosecutors are expected to call Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen to the stand. It's also likely that adult film star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal will be called.        Israel is vowing to respond to Iran's weekend drone and missile attack. An aide to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said no final decisions have been made on the type or timing of the response. The official made the comment after Israel's war cabinet met for several hours Sunday night.        The FBI is reportedly opening a criminal investigation into last month's Baltimore bridge collapse. Agents have boarded the cargo ship that crashed into a support pillar of the Francis Scott Key bridge, sending the span to the bottom of Baltimore Harbor. The Washington Post reports part of the investigation is focused on whether the crew left port knowing the ship had problems.        "Rust" armorer Hannah Gutierrez is expected to be sentenced today. Gutierrez faces 18 months in prison for negligence in loading the live ammo into Alec Baldwin's gun on set, causing the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin has also been charged with involuntary manslaughter in Hutchins' death, and is scheduled to head to trial in July.       Today is Tax Day. But if you're not quite done, there's still hope. If you're in a crunch, you'll need to file for an extension. That will give you another six months to get everything in order.
