A top DOJ official is warning of what could possibly happen if the affidavit used to raid former President Trump's south Florida home is unsealed. Jay Bratt told a judge "amateur sleuths on the internet" could discover personal information about witnesses. Bratt also argued the affidavit has "substantial grand jury" information.        "We are surely in a housing recession." That's according to the chief economist for the National Association of Realtors who said that as sales of previously owned homes fell by about six-percent last month when compared to June. Lawrence Yun said there's a housing recession "because builders are not building."        The suspect charged with stabbing author Salman Rushdie is being held after pleading not guilty. Hadi Matar entered his plea to charges including second-degree attempted murder. Rushdie was stabbed last Friday before giving a lecture in western New York.        The brother of the convicted Parkland, Florida, high school shooter and his guardian will face some personal questions when they're deposed next month. Zachary Cruz's attorney this morning tried to allege potential criminal activity, but Judge Elizabeth Scherer wasn't buying it. Scherer ruled Zachary Cruz and Richard Moore will have to answer questions about finances, arrest records and marital status.        "Grey's Anatomy" is setting its cast for its upcoming 19th season. Ellen Pompeo will be scaling back her on-screen presence, only appearing in eight episodes in the new season. The rest of the cast includes Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd and Kim Raver.        Mariah Carey's bid to trademark "Queen of Christmas" is getting pushback from fellow singers. Her filing for the trademark was recently made public, but not everyone feels she deserves it. While Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is a staple of holiday music, singers Darlene Love and Elizabeth Chan feel they're entitled to use it too.
