The grainy image of a man caught on camera on a hiking trail in the rural part of the Florida Panhandle is not Brian Laundrie. Deputies in Okaloosa County confirmed Wednesday that Gabby Petito's partner is still missing. The OCSO is confirming in a statement that the man is an Okaloosa County resident who admitted he was the one walking on the deer trail carrying his backpack.    The Federal Reserve Chairman says the labor market is improving as job demands are continuing to rise, but have slowed the last few months in sections hit by the pandemic. Jerome Powell added monetary policy will support the economy until recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic is complete. The head of the central bank also said the median unemployment rate is projected to be four-point-eight-percent by the end of this year.    Fast food companies are joining the movement to fight climate change by testing out reusable cups and sandwich boxes. The Wall Street Journal reports McDonald's, Burger King, and Tim Hortons are all conducting trial runs with TerraCycle Inc.'s Loop. It is a program that collects, cleans, and redistributes reusable packaging.    Major swells are in the forecast for the Lake Michigan shoreline. The National Weather Service in Chicago says waves as high as 18 feet are possible along the Indiana shore through Thursday. The shoreline near Chicago and Evanston in Illinois could also see waves as big as 16 feet. Forecasters insisted the waves, combined with above-average lake levels, will lead to beach erosion and "extremely dangerous conditions at the lakefront."    Kids aren't the only ones who love a good jungle gym. A mama bear and her cub were spotted on the playground at one North Carolina school. Teachers at Dickson Elementary School in Asheville described how the mom would go down the slide and the baby cub would follow suit down the smaller slide.
