New York Attorney General Letitia James is announcing the attorneys who will lead an investigation into the allegations of sexual harassment against Governor Andrew Cuomo. Former acting U.S. Attorney for the South District of New York, Joon Kim and attorney Anne Clark are being assigned the case. Kim has extensive experience as a federal prosecutor and in white collar criminal investigations.       President Biden will make his first primetime address to the American people on Thursday night. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki [[ SAH-kee ]] noted that Thursday marks the one-year anniversary of lockdowns related to the coronavirus outbreak. Biden is expected to talk about the success of vaccination programs.       The number of unaccompanied migrant children being placed in Border Patrol facilities is reaching alarming highs. CNN reports over 32-hundred kids are in Customs and Border Protection custody, but most are waiting for space in shelters acceptable for minors. The network explained just hundreds of beds were open to those kids.        The federal deficit has exceeded more than one-trillion dollars in the first five months of the 2021 fiscal year. A report from the Congressional Budget Office says that is a 423-billion-dollar increase over the same period last year. C-B-O attributes the rise to federal spending to deal with the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.       U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is warning about transforming judges into "advice columnists." In his first solo dissent from the bench, Roberts chided his fellow justices for siding with a former Georgia Gwinnett College student who sued the school for a dollar for blocking him from talking about his faith on campus. He called the ruling a "radical expansion" of the judicial branch.       Meghan Markle's father will apparently weigh in on her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey. Good Morning Britain co-host Piers Morgan tweeted that Thomas Markle is scheduled to appear on his TV show Tuesday. Morgan billed it as "an exclusive first interview" with Markle.
